Περιφέρειας και εργολάβων δημοσίων έργων. Μετά από μεγάλη προσπάθεια και ενεργή παρέμβαση του βουλευτή Κερκύρας κ. Μπ. Χαραλάμπους, διενεργήθηκαν 2 Ε.Δ.Ε. Οι συγκεκριμένες Ε.Δ.Ε. ολοκληρώθηκαν και όπως αποδεικνύεται από συγκεκριμένο έγγραφο του Υπουργού Εσωτερικών κ. Χαρ. Καστανίδη, τα αποτελέσματα τους στάλθηκαν στον Περιφερειάρχη Ιονίων Νησιών κ. Σπ. Σπύρου. Ο Περιφερειάρχης κ. Σπ. Σπύρου αντί οποιασδήποτε άλλης ενέργειας του, τα κρατά φυλαγμένα στο συρτάρι του, τα αποκρύπτει, επανειλημμένως παραπλανά και εξαπατά το Περιφερειακό Συμβούλιο, παραπληροφορώντας το και με τον τρόπο αυτό συγκαλύπτει ποινικά κακουργήματα που έχει διαπράξει ένα υπερκομματικό (ΠΑ.ΣΟ.Κ. &amp; Νέας Δημοκρατίας) κύκλωμα, διαφθοράς και διαπλοκής. Ταυτόχρονα δε, εμένα ως υπάλληλο της Περιφέρειας Ιονίων Νησιών, ο Περιφερειάρχης κ. Σπ. ΜΗ οικοδομήσιμη, πάνω από τον αιγιαλό, έχουν χτιστεί 6 διαμερίσματα, για ενοικίαση κατά το έτος 2010, έχουν κριθεί κατεδαφιστέα, και παρόλα αυτά λειτουργούν κανονικά. Μέχρι πρότινος ο ιδιοκτήτης τα λειτουργούσε παράνομα με ρεύμα από γειτονικό οίκημα του δήμου, και νερό από πυροσβεστικό κρουνό. Το κορυφαίο της υπόθεσης, είναι ότι φέτος δόθηκε ηλεκτροδότηση νόμιμα από τη ΔΕΗ.
