Με την παραπάνω ιδιότητα του είχε και τη δυνατότητα να επιλέγει τους φακέλους που χρεωνόταν ανάλογα με το μέγεθος της οικοδομής και κατά καιρούς να αξιώνει ακόμα και ποσοστό πάνω στη νόμιμη αμοιβή του μηχανικού. Δεν ήθελε να έχει καμία επαφή με τους ιδιώτες (ιδιοκτήτες) αλλά απ` ευθείας με τους μηχανικούς, επειδή θα τους ξανασυναντούσε σαν πελάτες. Από όσα γνωρίζω, είχε στο χέρι όλους τους μηχανικούς της Επαρχίας Κυνουρίας που ήταν και η περιοχή αρμοδιότητας του Πολεοδομικού Γραφείου Άστρους. Τα ραντεβού τα έκλεινε για το σπίτι του στην Τρίπολη ή και στο Παράλιο Άστρος ήταν ημίωρα, και πολλές φορές σχηματιζόταν και ουρά απ` έξω. Σημείωσις , σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις δέν έρχεται ελεγκτής της πολεοδομίας του δήμου σας, που βγήκε η άδεια , αλλά από άλλο νομό . Έχουν κάνει έτσι τή νομοθεσία, ουτοσώστε η σαπίλα και η διαφθορά του κράτους ολόκληρου να διαιωνίζεται και να μοιράζεται κιόλας επ&#039;άπειρον. Φυσικά για απόδειξη ούτε λόγος να γίνεται. Αυτό είναι ανέκδοτο για κρατικούς υπαλλήλους.
